Is that [missing second stanza] the one about taking a leap of faith? I listened to the finale again and Jordin does not sing that. i'm wondering if the original version was edited by american idol? I'm not surprised. I haven't listened to the original as sung by the guy that wrote it,. What you see here is a transcription of what was sung on tv.

Thanks for the lyrics. For the poster who asked who sang this before, I'm pretty sure this is brand new written exclusively for American Idol although Scott Krippayne does have it out as a single as well. I heard his version on Christian radio the day after the "Idol" finale ran.
