Actually, yes — try rubbing alcohol. Google for "rubbing alcohol remove stains" and I bet you'll find some hits. Basically you put a towel under the clothes that are stained, then blot the stain with rubbing alcohol — the ink will seep through the garment and be absorbed by the towel. It's not perfect, but it's saved me several articles of clothing!
